All Parents are Welcome

All Parents and Babies are welcome in our Parents and Bubs Classes, yes even dads too. With no age limits on the babies/children you bring allowing parents to prioritise their fitness.

When do our Parents & Bubs Classes run?

Our Parents and Bubs Classes run on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10:45am – 11:30am. Remember, your first class is FREE!

All you have to do is send us an email at info@thrivenorthcote.com and let us know which class you’ll be attending.

What will we do during our class?

Parents will engage in a fitness program that caters to all abilities, whether you’re just getting started or you have been exercising for a little while. Remember to let us know where you are in your healing journey or if you have any injuries that we need to be aware of so we can best support you and alter the program where needed.

As for your Bubs, they are free to roam, lay on the floor near by, use our Kids Zone or be in the pram, the choice is yours.
