What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. We’re sure that you’ll find something to suit what you’re looking for at Thrive Northcote.

Strength+
Our strength classes combine compound movements, stability exercises, balance and full body exercises. Progressive training builds overall strength and maintains muscle. Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday.
Fitness+
Our fitness classes are aimed at getting your heart rate high to improve your cardiovascular health. Cardio machines and full-body resistance with high intensity and low joint impact. Schedule: Monday & Wednesday.
Hybrid+
Our Hybrid sessions are a combination of both Fitness and Strength. Isolated strength exercises, cardio stations, and core workouts for comprehensive full-body training. Schedule: Friday & Saturday.
MOBALISE+
A 25-minute focused session to open up your back, hips and shoulders. Improves movement quality, reduces stiffness, and helps maintain pain-free function. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday.
Yoga+
An invitation to gently move the body and turn inwards to release deep tension. Extended holds target connective tissues and flexibility. Modifications provided for all levels. Schedule: Sunday at 11am.
